It's always a good time to remind OECBlue users of the WildBlue Fair Access Policy (FAP).

If children or young adults are using your computer, they might inadvertently download games, videos or upload vacation pictures which could send your FAP threshold limit skyrocketing.

Common causes for increased bandwidth are using peer-to-peer file sharing programs, a computer virus, use of a webcam, downloading full-length movies and downloading large quantities of music files.

Please be sure to talk to anyone who may be using your computer(s) and let them know of this policy.
